HR Manager

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join the Professional Services Team at Cardiff University during a time of transformation and change. This is a varied HR leadership role, with responsibility for providing expert HR professional advice and support to colleagues across the University. The role will also provide support to the HR leadership team in the design and delivery of effective change management during a period of transformation. It will lead and develop other HR staff as required.

We are looking for generalist with a real depth and breadth of experience as a HR Professional with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

This post is full time, fixed term to 31 July 2027.

Salary: £51,753 - £56,535 per annum (Grade 7)
