HRIS System Administrator

Location: Manchester

Type: Permanent

The Role

We are looking for a SuccessFactors System Administrator to join a boutique consultancy with a global presence, specializing in strategic HR, financial, and procurement consulting. Their HRIS team is growing, and they are seeking a System Administrator focusing on SAP SuccessFactors backend operations.

The role involves optimizing and updating backend operations, configurations, and integrations of the SuccessFactors suite. Responsibilities include overseeing daily platform operations such as Employee Central, Recruitment, Performance & Goals, and Learning Management Systems. Support tasks include troubleshooting, reviewing system settings and permissions, upgrading features, providing level 2/3 technical support, and creating training guides for clients.

The Successful Candidate Will Have…
  • Previous experience in SuccessFactors system administration
