HRIS Senior Advisor (12-Month FTC)

Manchester Hybrid (2+ days in office)

Join a global law firm at a pivotal stage in our HR transformation journey. As we implement Workday, we're looking for a Workday-certified HRIS Senior Advisor to act as a subject matter expert (SME)-leading on configuration, process design, and stakeholder training.

Tasks involved

  • Act as a Workday SME, advising HR, managers, and employees on best practices and system use
  • Lead on Workday configuration, business process design, and optimisation
  • Deliver training and engagement sessions to upskill users and promote self-sufficiency
  • Translate business needs into scalable, user-focused solutions
  • Support reporting and analytics using tools like PRISM, People Analytics, and Discovery Boards
  • Collaborate with IT and vendors to manage integrations and system enhancements

What you will need

  • Extensive Workday knowledge with hands-on configuration experience
  • Strong knowledge of a variety of modules including security
  • Experience in a medium/large complex organisation (legal sector a plus)
  • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A proactive, analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
