HRIS Senior Advisor (12-Month FTC)

Manchester Hybrid (2+ days in office)

Join a global law firm at a pivotal stage in our HR transformation journey. As we implement Workday, we're looking for a Workday-certified HRIS Senior Advisor to act as a subject matter expert (SME), leading on configuration, process design, and stakeholder training.

Tasks involved

1. Act as a Workday SME, advising HR, managers, and employees on best practices and system use
2. Lead Workday configuration, business process design, and optimisation
3. Deliver training and engagement sessions to upskill users and promote self-sufficiency
4. Translate business needs into scalable, user-focused solutions
5. Support reporting and analytics using tools like PRISM, People Analytics, and Discovery Boards
6. Collaborate with IT and vendors to manage integrations and system enhancements

What you will need

1. Extensive Workday knowledge with hands-on configuration experience
2. Strong knowledge of a variety of modules including security
3. Experience in a medium/large complex organisation (legal sector a plus)
4. Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, etc.)
5. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
6. A proactive, analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
