Our client is a reputable international law firm well recognized for its Private Client work, and they are now looking for a process-oriented and highly detailed HR Systems Analyst to join their team in their fast-paced and growing London offices on a permanent basis.
The primary focus will be maintaining the HR system, managing updates and upgrades, as well as regular data auditing and a range of internal and external reporting. The role will work closely with key stakeholders and the wider HR team.
The HR Systems Analyst will have previous experience with HR Systems and data, be an expert with reporting and Excel spreadsheets, and have excellent knowledge of upgrading systems. It will be essential to possess strong communication skills and be able to support stakeholders at all levels with professionalism. It will also be essential to demonstrate past experience of juggling multiple priorities effectively and the ability to deal with multiple stakeholders at once. The right candidate will have excellent Excel and HR Systems skills, a willingness to take on additional responsibilities, and a flexible approach.
