The Role

We are looking for a HRIS Analyst to join a boutique consultancy with a global presence, specializing in strategic HR, financial, and procurement consulting. The HRIS team is growing, and we seek an analyst to support various modules of the SAP SuccessFactors system.

You will configure, maintain, and enhance the client's HRIS system, focusing on level 1 support activities such as user access, password management, troubleshooting, managing the team inbox, and handling queries. You will also create and maintain training materials, deliver training, and support system enhancements.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone with some HRIS experience and a keen interest in HR systems to learn from certified SuccessFactors specialists and develop skills.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar HRIS role
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, including modules like EC, LMS, and Performance & Goals
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in MS Visio and MS Excel
