We are a dynamic HR Consultancy business, that partners with organisations to provide strategic human resources solutions. We specialise in developing and delivering forward thinking People and Culture projects, as well as supporting and advising on all other aspects that fall under the HR remit.
Success
As an HR Consultant, you will be on the front line of delivering outstanding HR service to our clients, managing your own caseload of clients across a variety of industries. No two days are the same in Consultancy, meaning you will have autonomy over the tasks within your caseload. We support a variety of clients from all industries, which will give you full exposure to the world of HR, and a great sense of achievement as you manage the HR function of your clients. To be successful in this role, you must be extremely flexible with a strong ability to prioritise your own time and workload, and a keen eye for detail.

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 2/3 years’ generalist experience within HR and preferably possess a CIPD qualification or other HR-related qualification, however this is not essential.
