This role is ideal for someone who combines deep HR expertise with commercial acumen, especially someone who can effectively support and train high-performing, target-driven teams likes Sales.

What You’ll Do:

  • Champion People & Culture: Embed our values and create an inclusive, high-performance environment.
  • Drive Engagement: Lead employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and feedback loops with clear action plans.
  • Boost Retention: Develop strategies for career growth, succession planning, and internal mobility.
  • Optimise Benefits: Evaluate and improve our benefits offering to support wellbeing and inclusivity.
  • Lead Learning & Development: Identify training needs, deliver impactful learning programs, and support leadership development.
  • Support Sales & Commercial Teams: Use your business insight to communicate effectively with commercial leaders and help train and coach sales teams on performance, behaviour and development.
  • Advise & Partner: Work closely with leaders to align people practices with business goals and coach managers on team performance.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 5+ years of HRBP or generalist experience with a track record in culture, engagement, L&D, and retention.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand business drivers and influence sales and revenue-generating teams.
  • Experience partnering with or training Sales, Business Development, or other commercial teams.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, coaching, and facilitation skills.
  • A collaborative, people-first mindset with the ability to influence at all levels.
