HR Business Partner

Frazer Jones is partnering with a high-performing investment firm to recruit a strategic and commercially focused HR Business Partner.

This is a key opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a dynamic, fast-paced environment, partnering with senior leaders to deliver people strategies supporting business growth and operational excellence.

The role covers the full employee lifecycle, focusing on strategic initiatives such as workforce planning, performance management, leadership development, and organizational change. You will also play a central role in M&A integration and HR systems/process improvements.

You will lead employee relations, providing guidance on complex cases and supporting fair, consistent people management. You will oversee monthly payroll processes with Finance, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. Managing reward and benefits programs, vendor relationships, employee communications, and data integrity will also be part of your responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong generalist background in financial or professional services, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to influence at all levels. A data-driven, solutions-oriented mindset and proactive approach to continuous improvement are essential.
