Job summary

Career Moves Group I B Corp™ is seeking a confident and proactive HR Business Partner in North Hertfordshire with a hybrid work pattern (2–3 days in the office). You will support senior leaders across a diverse client group, driving both strategic and hands-on HR initiatives.

This role requires a proactive, authentic style to challenge, influence and push the agenda forward within a fast-paced transformation phase.

We are looking for a confident and proactive HR Business Partner to join a fast-paced, well-established business going through an exciting period of transformation.

Reporting into the Head of HR Business Partnering, you will work closely with senior leaders across a diverse client group, supporting both strategic and hands-on HR initiatives.

This is a role for someone who doesn't wait to be told what to do. We're looking for an HRBP with the confidence and gravitas to challenge, influence and push the agenda forward.
