G-NIUS is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support organisations through significant change and transformation. You will manage HR activity during redundancies, restructures, TUPE transfers, mergers, site relocations or openings, and other major change programmes.
The role involves hands-on HR support, workforce planning consultations, and advising managers on HR processes, in a complex environment.
We are looking for an experiencedHRBPwho has a strong track record of supporting organisations throughsignificant change and transformation.
You must have direct experience managing HR activity through situations such asredundancies/restructures, TUPE transfers, business relocations, site closures or openings, mergers, or other major organisational change programmes.
You will be responsible for providing hands‑on HR support throughout periods of change, working closely with managers and employees, coordinating people processes, providing first‑line HR advice and ensuring sensitive matters are handled professionally, consistently and in line with UK employment legislation. The role will also includeworkforce planning consultations, interviewing, and advising managers on HR processes and best practice. Experience working in a complex operational or unionised environment would be highly desirable.
The company is based in North London, and you need to be able to commute3 days per week.
