ML Talent Partners LTD is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner for a permanent role in Southampton with a hybrid pattern (2 days in office). The position includes regular international travel and a salary up to £75,000 plus benefits.

You will partner with senior leaders to drive talent, performance, and people strategies on a global scale. You will influence the people agenda, embed high-performance culture, and support growth with practical, data-driven HR interventions.

Qualifications

  • CIPD qualification or membership (Associate level or above).
  • Proven HR Business Partner experience within complex and fast-paced environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and building high-performing teams.
  • Confidence using HR systems and technology to drive efficiency and innovation.
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, coaching and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, commercially minded approach combined with strong emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead workforce planning activities, identifying capability gaps and implementing effective solutions.
  • Develop and deliver talent management initiatives, including succession planning and early careers programmes.
  • Coach and support leaders to strengthen management and leadership capability.
  • Drive performance management processes and cultivate a culture of regular, constructive feedback.
  • Support managers in addressing performance concerns effectively and proactively.
  • Identify and develop high-potential employees through robust talent development strategies.
  • Resolve employee relations issues at an early stage to minimise escalation.
  • Analyse people data and produce meaningful insights to support business decision-making.
  • Ensure consistent application of people policies, processes and employment legislation.
  • Champion diversity, inclusion and broader ESG initiatives.
  • Lead and contribute to change, transformation and business improvement projects.
  • Support effective communication and engagement across the division.

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a fast-growing, technology-driven organisation operating on a global scale.

Partnering with a specialist business division and its leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the people agenda, supporting organisational growth, developing talent, and embedding a high-performance culture. This is a commercially focused HRBP role where you will influence strategic decision-making while remaining close to operational people matters.

This position would suit an HR professional who enjoys working within an innovative, fast-paced environment and who is passionate about enabling business performance through people.

Key Responsibilities

Working closely with business leaders and the wider People team, you will:
