We are looking foran HRBP to to join our team. This role combines strategic HRbusiness partnership with deep knowledge of HR compliance, focusing onboth the people side of the business and ensuring that all HRpolicies, practices, and operations are legally compliant. The idealcandidate will work closely with business leaders to driveorganisational change, optimize performance, and maintain compliancewith local and regional labor laws.
KeyResponsibilities:
HR Business Partnership
- Act as a trusted partner to management by providingstrategic HR support in alignment with business objectives and growth.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implementorganisational structures and workforce strategies.
- Provideguidance and support on talent management, performance optimisation,and employee engagement initiatives.
- Lead employee relationsinitiatives, resolving conflicts and ensuring a positive workingenvironment.
- Assist in organisational change management,ensuring smooth transitions when implementing new structures orpolicies.
Compliance & Legal Expertise
- Ensure all HR policies and practices comply with locallabor laws, industry regulations, and company standards.
- Review, develop, and implement policies and procedures toensure legal compliance in areas such as recruitment, employeecontracts, terminations, and disciplinary actions.
- Provideexpert advice to management regarding legal aspects of HR issues, suchas employee rights, health and safety regulations, and labor disputes.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure HR compliance with relevantlaws and regulations, proactively identifying and addressing any gaps.
- Assist in the development and delivery of HR compliancetraining to ensure the leadership team and employees understand theirrights and responsibilities.
Policy Development &Implementation
- To develop and implement policies thatalign with organisational goals while maintaining legal compliance.
- Support the communication and enforcement of HR policies toensure clear understanding among employees and management.
- Provide guidance on employee contracts, compensationpackages, and labor law requirements to ensure compliance and mitigaterisk.
Reporting & Analytics
- Provideregular HR metrics and reports to business leaders on key HRperformance indicators (KPIs) such as turnover, employee engagement,and compliance status.
- Track and report on HR complianceissues and resolve them proactively, providing recommendations forcorrective actions.
Talent Management & Development
- Support talent acquisition strategies to attract andretain top talent while ensuring all recruitment practices are legallycompliant.
- Facilitate succession planning, careerdevelopment, and leadership pipeline initiatives in alignment withbusiness objectives.
- Drive performance management processesand provide coaching and feedback to management on managing employeeperformance and development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HumanResources, Business Administration, Law, or related field (Master’spreferred).
- HR certification (CIPD, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent)is a plus. Proven experience as an HRBP with at least 5 years in HRmanagement, with a strong focus on compliance.
- In-depthknowledge of labor laws and HR regulations at local, regional, andinternational levels.
- Strong understanding of HR policies andbest practices, including recruitment, employee relations, andperformance management.
- Excellent problem-solving,analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to influenceand build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, andprofessionalism.
- Strong communication skills, both writtenand verbal.
