HRBP

£55-60k depending on experience

We’re hiring for an FMCG manufacturing site that needs an HRBP who will work closely with the Head of HR and Senior Team. It’s a busy, high-performing site – no two days will be the same.

This role offers a wealth of HR expertise to learn from, including several ER projects and union exposure. You will be a key member of the team shaping the people agenda and will experience variety across all areas of HR.

As an HRBP, your responsibilities will include:

• Classic generalist HR activities.
• Supporting and coaching line managers.
• Partnering with the senior team on key people initiatives.
• Involvement in restructure projects.
• Driving engagement and fostering a proactive HR culture on site.

What we are looking for:

• A confident HR generalist with an open communication style.
• Engaging, able to influence and guide managers on HR practices.
