Uniphar Medtech is seeking a dynamic HR professional to join our successful HR Team. As a rapidly growing company, we invite you to be part of our ambitious expansion.

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support our medical sector operations across the UK, Europe, and Ireland. The role involves acting as a strategic partner, providing comprehensive HR support, and leading initiatives to boost employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.

The HR Business Partner will work closely with the Uniphar Medtech business to deliver a professional and responsive HR service, supporting growth and development. Responsibilities include recruitment, contracts, HR policies, employee relations, onboarding, training, and specific HR projects focused on employee and organizational development.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in the UK, ideally in Manchester, with travel across Europe and to Dublin being a key component.

Location: Manchester, UK (with extensive travel)

Key Responsibilities

1. Engage with UK and EU businesses to integrate them into Uniphar Medtech, fostering strong relationships and sharing the company's vision.
2. Build a strong Medtech culture through stakeholder engagement.
3. Support managers in recruiting and onboarding high-caliber candidates.
4. Align HR practices with Uniphar Medtech's growth plans, ensuring compliance with local legislation.
5. Implement and manage HR policies, procedures, and records.
6. Provide day-to-day operational HR support and manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary and grievance procedures.
7. Oversee onboarding processes for new employees.
8. Develop and implement training and development programs.
9. Participate in HR projects to enhance organizational capabilities.
10. Collaborate with regional leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
11. Ensure GDPR compliance and support organizational legal adherence.
12. Contribute to strategic HR planning for current and future needs.
