We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support our medical sector operations across the UK, Europe, and Ireland. The role involves acting as a strategic partner, providing comprehensive HR support, and leading initiatives to boost employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
The HR Business Partner will work closely with the Uniphar Medtech business to deliver a professional and responsive HR service, supporting growth and development. Responsibilities include recruitment, contracts, HR policies, employee relations, onboarding, training, and specific HR projects focused on employee and organizational development.
This is a full-time, permanent position based in the UK, ideally in Manchester, with travel across Europe and to Dublin being a key component.

Ideal candidates will have a proven track record as a business partner and change agent, especially in hyper-growth environments, with strong relationship-building and HR management skills, including employee relations, talent management, and engagement practices.
Essential qualifications include a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields, with at least four years in a progressive HR role, UK/EU employment law knowledge, and willingness to travel extensively. A full clean driving license is required.
