I am pleased to be working with an organisation who under the guidance of a fantastic HR Leader are looking for a HR and Recruitment Assistant, initially on a 3 month temporary basis but likely to become permanent with duties including:
This is a full time position, initially office based for training then moving to hybrid (3 days in the office) and is initially a temporary contract with the likeliness to become permanent.
For this role we are looking for highly organised, proactive and professional individuals who have experience across end to end recruitment and HR support and administration. You will be professional with excellent verbal and written communication skills, highly IT literate with MS office and candidate systems. You will be experienced in taking job briefs from senior management, writing and posting job adverts and using tools such as LinkedIn and job boards to proactively source candidates.
