Position: Regional Human Resources Advisor (Children’s Residential)

Location: Yeovil/Somerset - Hybrid with regional travel

The post holder will be part of a team that provides a professional, impartial and balanced Employee Relations (ER) advice service and case management provision to our business. The purpose of the team is to provide focussed Employee Relations support to the organisation and we are committed to delivering a high quality service that clearly demonstrates added value to the business. To provide first class support to the Human Resources unit and Employee Relations Unit.

In this role you will join an experienced and supportive team within a fully equipped setting. You will share the same unified goal to actively enable each and every one of the children and young people in our care to achieve their own personal best
