Job Description:

Elevation HR Division is currently working with a growing manufacturing company in Sheffield that is looking to appoint a HR Advisor to join their established HR team on a permanent basis.

This is a fully generalist role, playing a pivotal part in supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR function within this successful business. Responsibilities include managing the full employee lifecycle, employee relations, recruitment, and general HR administration.

Key duties of the HR Advisor:

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding new starters and offboarding leavers
• Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
• Coach managers on employee relations issues such as disciplinaries, grievances, sickness, and absence management
• Coordinate training sessions and development programs
• Support HR projects, such as implementing a new HRIS system
• Assist line managers with recruitment, including writing job descriptions, CV sifting, and interview coordination
