Job summary

Fabric Recruitment is seeking an experienced HR Advisor qualified to CIPD Level 5 to join a growing business with travel to multiple sites. You will provide expert HR advice, acting as the first contact for HR queries and supporting managers and employees across locations.

You will coordinate onboarding, probation, payroll support, and policy development while partnering with HR Business Partners to drive improvements and ensure compliant practices.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 qualification is required.
• Experience in advisory/generalist HR roles is essential.
• Experience with employee relations and performance management processes.
• Knowledge of employment law and HR software/tools.

Responsibilities
