A highly regarded boutique law firm based in beautiful Marylebone is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative and genuinely friendly environment where your expertise will make a real impact.

The Role

As HR Advisor, you'll support the full employee lifecycle, acting as a trusted point of contact for HR queries and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This varied role will see you involved in:

• Providing generalist HR support and guidance to managers and employees
• Managing employee relations matters including performance, absence, and disciplinary cases
• Overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes
• Supporting recruitment and liaising with hiring managers
• Ensuring HR policies and procedures are up to date and in line with employment law
• Contributing to HR projects and process improvements

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

• Previous experience in an HR Advisor role (legal or professional services experience ideal but not essential)
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A proactive and hands-on approach
• The ability to build rapport and work collaboratively in a close-knit team
