Let’s be honest – this isn’t HR in a plush office with beanbags and breakfast bars.
This is HR where it matters. On the factory floor. In real conversations. With real people.
And right now, they need someone who knows what they’re doing.
The current HR Advisor is off on maternity leave, and they need someone solid to step in. You’ll be part of a site employing around 500 people – all of whom expect the HR team to keep things running smoothly.
This isn’t a box-ticking job. You’ll be a key voice in a small but busy HR team. You’ll be supporting managers, coaching where needed, and making sure everything from disciplinaries to audits runs as it should.
