Job summary

PPHE Hotel Group is seeking an HR Advisor for Luxury Lifestyle Hotels to support three iconic London properties: Holmes Hotel, art’otel Battersea Power Station, and art’otel Hoxton. You will ensure HR policies and programmes are delivered consistently, shaping an exceptional employee experience across the people journey.

The role requires proactive HR advisory skills, strong employee relations knowledge, and the ability to coach leaders.

Qualifications

• Strong HR Advisory experience with extensive Employee Relations knowledge.
• Solid understanding of UK Employment Law and HR best practice.
• Confidence to coach, challenge and influence managers at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex Employee Relations cases with confidence and integrity.
• Coach and develop managers to build leadership capability.
• Drive engagement, wellbeing and learning initiatives.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and talent development.
• Use people insights to influence decisions and improve the employee experience.
• Partner with leaders to deliver our People Plan across the Lifestyle Cluster.
