Job summary

NRG is seeking an HR Advisor with generalist experience to join their Gateshead team on a permanent basis. You will handle general HR queries, provide guidance to managers, and lead employee relations activities including investigations, grievances and absence management.

You will also manage recruitment and onboarding, maintain up-to-date employee records for compliance, ensure policies stay relevant, and support key projects as they arise.

Qualifications

• A strong level of ER knowledge.
• Thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
• CIPD Level 5 qualified or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Deal with general HR queries and provide guidance.
• Lead employee relations, including investigations, grievances and absence management.
• Recruitment and onboarding, including job advertising through stakeholders and onboarding.
• Keep employee records up to date and ensure compliance.
