Job summary

You will handle general HR queries, lead employee relations including investigations and absence management, manage recruitment and onboarding, and ensure records and policies stay compliant and up to date. Qualifications

• HR Generalist experience required.
• Strong ER knowledge and investigations.
• Resourceful problem-solving and solid HR policies knowledge.
• CIPD level 5 qualification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Handle general HR queries and provide guidance.
• Lead employee relations, investigations, grievances and absence management.
• Manage recruitment, job advertising, stakeholder relationships and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance.
• Keep HR policies up to date and relevant.
• Support key projects and initiatives as needed.
