Job summary

Team First Recruitment in Tamworth seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead UK HR operations within a growing international manufacturing business. You will own end-to-end recruitment, advise managers, and drive employee engagement while collaborating with global HR colleagues on international projects.

The role requires CIPD Level 5, 5+ years HR experience, and knowledge of UK employment law; a proactive, organised, hands-on approach is essential.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent experience).
• At least 5 years' HR experience, with strong recruitment background.
• Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Proactive, organised, hands-on with flexibility for occasional international travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for the UK organisation.

• Support Global Talent Acquisition on international recruitment projects.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to play a key role within a successful and growing international manufacturing business.

This is an exciting role for someone who enjoys being involved in all aspects of HR, from attracting top talent and supporting managers to driving engagement and helping shape a positive workplace culture. You'll be managing the HR function for the UK team whilst working with colleagues on international projects.

The Role:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment processes for the UK organisation.


• Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.


• Actively supporting the Global Talent Acquisition team on international recruitment projects.


• Providing day-to-day HR support and advice to managers and employees


• Supporting employee relations and helping maintain a positive workplace culture


• Driving employee engagement, development and retention initiatives


• Ensuring HR policies and practices remain compliant with UK employment legislation


• Working with international HR colleagues on wider people projects and initiatives

What we're looking for:

• CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent experience)
