Job summary

James Andrews Recruitment Solutions Ltd is partnering with a leading manufacturing and distribution organisation to recruit an HR Manager on a permanent basis, offering £45,000-£50,000 per annum.

You will report to the Group HR Director and provide strategic and operational HR support across multi-site operations in the UK, driving employee engagement, performance, and people development. The role involves travel to UK sites and a hybrid working pattern after probation.

Qualifications

• Previous HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner experience
• Strong employee relations background with experience managing complex cases
• Sound knowledge of UK employment law
• Experience within manufacturing, logistics, distribution, FMCG, or similar operational environment

We are currently working in partnership with a leading manufacturing and distribution organisation to recruit an HR Manager on a permanent basis, offering a salary of £45,000 - £50,000 per annum.

Reporting to the Group HR Director, you will provide both strategic and operational HR support across a multi-site business, partnering with managers and senior stakeholders to drive employee engagement, organisational performance, and people development.

The role will involve occasional travel to sites across the UK and offers hybrid working following probation.
