Job summary

Team First Recruitment is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the UK HR function within a growing international manufacturing business. In this role you’ll manage end-to-end recruitment, advise managers, and help shape a positive workplace culture across the UK team.

You’ll work with colleagues on international projects, ensure UK employment law compliance, and drive engagement, retention, and development initiatives.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of HR experience, with strong recruitment or talent acquisition background.
• Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Proactive, organised, hands-on approach.
• Flexibility for occasional international travel.

The Role:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment processes for the UK organisation.
• Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Actively supporting the Global Talent Acquisition team on international recruitment projects.
• Providing day-to-day HR support and advice to managers and employees
• Supporting employee relations and helping maintain a positive workplace culture
• Driving employee engagement, development and retention initiatives
• Ensuring HR policies and practices remain compliant with UK employment legislation
• Working with international HR colleagues on wider people projects and initiatives

What we're looking for:
