Job summary

Expleo Group is seeking a Human Factors & Ergonomics Engineer to integrate human-centred design across complex control systems and safety-critical programmes. You will contribute to Human Factors Integration (HFI) strategies and ensure usability and operator performance are embedded throughout the lifecycle.

Working with multidisciplinary teams, you will support usability studies, engage with operators and stakeholders, and translate user needs into engineering requirements while promoting

Qualifications

• Degree in Ergonomics, Human Factors or Psychology.
• Registered with CIEHF or pursuing professional accreditation.
• Experience in safety-critical or regulated environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support Human Factors activities across live engineering programmes.
• Develop Human Factors Integration (HFI) strategies and management plans.
• Ensure usability and human performance are embedded in the system lifecycle.
• Participate in design reviews and stakeholder workshops.
