MBDA UK is seeking a highly capable Human Factors Engineer to lead HF tasks across weapon system concepting, development and research. You will apply HF integration, HCI/UX design, and physical ergonomics to complex systems, engaging with military users from concept through delivery to optimise the human–machine relationship.

Qualifikationen

• Member of the Chartered Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors.
• Experience applying Human Factors Integration & Human Factors Engineering.
• Experience in HCI/UX design and interface prototyping.
• Experience applying physical ergonomics to equipment design including CAE tools.
• Relevant Engineering or Science based Degree.
• Good understanding of Systems Engineering and related disciplines.

• Apply HF in development of complex systems across concept, design and research activities.
