Marshall Wace Internship Programmes seeks a motivated, detail-oriented Human Capital Intern for a 12-month placement across HC Administration and Talent Acquisition.

In the first six months you will focus on Talent Acquisition—attracting, assessing and hiring top talent—then support HC operations and lifecycle activities in the next six months. Visa sponsorship is available for this role.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a sandwich year programme and keen to explore Human Capital.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communications skills, both written and verbal.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• HC Administration: maintain employee records and HC databases; support onboarding/offboarding; manage trackers; handle HC queries, benefits, leave and absence guidance; coordinate HC communications, reports and engagement initiatives; provide general admin support.
