Job summary

Blend is a B2B growth engineering company and HubSpot Diamond Partner. We’re seeking a senior HubSpot solutions architect to lead discovery, design, and implementation for our clients, turning business requirements into scalable HubSpot architectures.

You’ll own complex builds across hubs, guide the team, ensure data integrity, and deliver training and documentation so clients can operate the system effectively.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on HubSpot implementation experience, leading end-to-end solution design.
• Experience leading discovery sessions and translating business requirements into designs and documentation.
• Deep knowledge across at least three HubSpot Hubs (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub and Data Hub).
• Proven ability with complex builds: branching workflows, custom-coded actions, calculated properties, multi-pipeline setups, custom objects.
• Experience with APIs, webhooks, and middleware platforms (Zapier, Make or similar).
• Strong client-facing communication and workshop facilitation.
• Excellent documentation habits for designs, specifications and handover materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery with clients to map processes and identify HubSpot-driven solutions.
• Design data models, pipelines, and automation architecture.
• Oversee build across HubSpot Hubs and AI tools; ensure quality and alignment with design.
• Direct and review work by the wider team; ensure coherence with design.
• Own testing, QA, and client UAT; manage go-live readiness.
• Provide training and enablement materials for clients.
• Communicate solutions to non-technical stakeholders and manage expectations.
