Job summary

ALF Recruit Limited in Manchester is seeking a HubSpot Manager to own reporting, dashboards and automations that power sales, marketing and customer success. You will provide senior leaders with clear insight into performance from marketing activity through to renewals, while building scalable processes and data quality controls.

The role is hybrid in Manchester, offering hands-on responsibility and opportunities to shape how the business uses data to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in revenue operations or sales operations.
• Strong hands-on HubSpot experience building reports and automations.
• Experience with pipeline and revenue data to support decisions.
• Advanced Excel skills; SQL or BI experience a plus.
• Experience using AI tools to improve processes.
• Ability to investigate data issues and drive lasting improvements.
• Excellent communication and ability to explain findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of HubSpot reports, dashboards, workflows and automations.
• Build reporting across marketing activity, sales pipeline, renewals and churn.
• Establish consistent definitions and reporting processes across teams.
• Create automated checks to improve data quality and prevent errors.
• Investigate reporting discrepancies and resolve causes.
• Build forecasting models to support commercial planning.
• Produce accurate reporting for senior leaders and the board.
• Work with commercial teams to turn data into actionable insight.
• Connect reporting across commercial, finance and product teams.
• Use AI tools to support analysis and reduce manual work.
