Job summary

BBD Boom is seeking a Growth Consultant who lives and breathes HubSpot, ready to turn platform mastery into measurable revenue. You’ll collaborate with sales, product and marketing to design ROI-focused roadmaps and close deals with data-backed business cases.

Remote-first role with quarterly meet-ups across Bournemouth, London and Dublin; comprehensive coaching and structured sales curriculum provided to accelerate growth and performance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on HubSpot experience (admin, RevOps, CSM or consultancy).
• Proven upsell or business-case experience.
• Willing to learn formal sales techniques with coaching.

Responsibilities

• Audit client HubSpot portals and quantify revenue gaps.
• Co-sell with HubSpot AEs to target net-new and expansion deals.
• Craft proposals, quotes and SOWs; negotiate and close.
• Share insights with Product, Marketing and Delivery teams.
