Job summary

Amtivo Group is seeking a hands-on CRM Operations Manager to own and optimise HubSpot across the group. This remote role with occasional travel to Kings Hill, Kent offers the opportunity to improve processes, maintain data quality and drive scalable HubSpot solutions that support commercial growth.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Finance and Revenue Operations to manage day-to-day HubSpot activities, deliver training, dashboards and reports, and champion CRM best

Qualifications

• Proven experience administering and optimising HubSpot CRM within a B2B environment.
• Strong knowledge of CRM administration, automation and data management.
• Experience managing CRM integrations and system enhancements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• A passion for improving processes and helping teams get the most from CRM technology.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain HubSpot configuration, workflows, pipelines, properties and permissions.
• Drive CRM optimisation, automation and process improvements.
• Monitor and improve data quality, governance and reporting.
• Support and maintain CRM integrations with business systems.
• Deliver user training, onboarding and ongoing support.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to support operational performance.
• Support CRM migrations and the onboarding of newly acquired businesses.
• Act as the internal HubSpot expert and champion best practice across the organisation.
