Job summary

Ampere Analysis Ltd. is recruiting a full-time CRM Manager to maintain and maximise HubSpot across Sales and Marketing. The role is London-based with a hybrid working pattern (3 days in office).

You will lead CRM strategy, ensure accurate data, and work closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations and the wider team. Ideal candidates have at least four years’ HubSpot experience, a HubSpot Academy certification, and familiarity with HubSpot APIs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience using HubSpot.
• HubSpot Academy certification in Marketing and Sales software.
• Experience with HubSpot developer platform and HubSpot APIs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimise HubSpot CRM strategy across Sales and Marketing.
• Develop and maintain reporting to measure channel performance and KPIs.
• Manage automated workflows to improve efficiency and data integrity.
