QuantumLoopAI is seeking a hands-on HubSpot CRM Implementation Assistant for a full-time, short-term contract to translate requirements into HubSpot builds. You will create pipelines, automations, workflows and dashboards underpinning sales, customer service and account management.

The role is execution-heavy and remote, starting immediately with UK business hours; one month, with potential extension to three months. Immediate start and close collaboration with founders are required.

Qualifikationen

• Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot Sales Hub and CRM — you have built pipelines, workflows and automations in HubSpot, not just used them.

• Understand requirements with leadership and translate them into HubSpot builds.
• Configure and customize sales pipelines tailored to our process.
• Create and manage automations, workflows and sequences for sales and customer operations.
• Set up reporting dashboards and tracking for performance across teams.
• Assist with HubSpot integrations including internal tools, APIs and third-party apps.
• Support minor custom coding or technical adjustments where needed.
• Build and manage custom properties, lead routing, deal stages and lifecycle management.
• Document processes and configurations for handover to the team.
