Job summary

Steadman Hub in London is seeking a HubSpot CRM Specialist to own day-to-day administration, configuration, and optimisation of the CRM. You will work with sales, marketing and customer success to build scalable processes, keep data clean, and ensure the platform evolves with a fast-moving tech business.

The role requires hands-on HubSpot administration, strong workflows and reporting understanding, data integrations, and the ability to operate as the platform SME in a hybrid London-based

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering HubSpot CRM in-house.
• Strong knowledge of HubSpot workflows, properties, pipelines, and reporting.
• Experience with integrations and data flows between HubSpot and other systems.
• HubSpot certifications desirable; able to work independently as platform SME.
• Hybrid working based in London.
• Full ownership of the HubSpot platform within a growing tech business.

Responsibilities

• Own the administration and configuration of HubSpot CRM, including properties, pipelines, workflows, and user permissions.
• Build and maintain automations, lead scoring, and reporting to support sales, marketing and customer success processes.
• Manage data quality and integrations between HubSpot and the wider tech stack, keeping the CRM accurate and well-structured.
• Act as the go-to HubSpot expert internally, supporting users, troubleshooting issues, and driving best practice across the business.
