Hub Manager – Inclusion Staffordshire STaRS (Full Time, Permanent)
We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic Hub Manager to lead a team within our Inclusion Staffordshire STaRS (Staffordshire Treatment and Recovery System) service.
In this role, you’ll take responsibility for a specialist area and play a critical role in shaping the strategic and operational development of the service, ensuring it meets the needs of the community. Your responsibilities will include monitoring performance to ensure compliance with contracts, key performance indicators, and achieving positive outcomes.

Inclusion, created in 2002, is part of the Specialist Services Care Group of Midlands Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (MPFT). We provide caring and effective services across England, including West Yorkshire, West Midlands, East Midlands, West Mercia, Thames Valley, Hampshire, Isle of Wight, and Thurrock, Essex.
