Job summary

The Learning Academy Partnership is seeking an exceptional Hub Director to lead a group of small schools in North Devon and Torrington. You will be the strategic lead for the Hub, designing models that keep schools sustainable while providing the benefits of partnership.

• Provide accountability for supporting and challenging headteachers and school leaders.
• Drive continuous educational improvement across small schools and partners.
• Collaborate with business support to ensure operational effectiveness and impact.
