This role offers an exciting opportunity for a leader who is ambitious, driven and hungry to make a difference You will be accountable for supporting and challenging school leaders, driving improvement, and ensuring that the impact of our work is felt where it matters most: in the experiences and outcomes of our children.

The role requires you to be the strategic lead for the Hub which includes the design of the Hub model. You will be instrumental in designing an approach which ensures small schools are sustainable whilst enjoying all the benefits of being part of a partnership of schools. The Heads of School will report directly to you, and they will deliver the operational leadership to each school.

The Learning Academy Partnership is driven by mission and beliefs ensuring that every child has the right to live life to the full. We are committed to improving educational outcomes for underserved children across schools and breaking down barriers to social mobility. We are passionate about our role in social justice within our communities and tackling stubborn South West deprivation.

You will be joining a strong, single organisation with a culture of collective efficacy and one that is rooted in our Christian foundation. Collaboration is at the heart of everything we do, and our leaders are committed to sharing expertise and taking collective responsibility for all children across the Trust.

This role would suit an experienced Headteacher, Executive Headteacher or system leader. For the right candidate, this is an opportunity to broaden your strategic leadership experience and play a key role in shaping the future direction of our growing organisation.

You will benefit from excellent systems and support from the Business Support team who manage all aspects of the operations, leaving you space to lead the Hub.
