Dyke House Academy, part of Northern Education Trust, seeks a Hub Manager for the DEEP Support team. You will lead the Hub provision, delivering bespoke curricula and specialist support to help vulnerable students overcome barriers and reach their potential.

You will collaborate with Inclusion Coordinators, SENDCOs and external services to coordinate interventions, mentoring, and pathways to further education or employment.

Competenze

• Experience supporting children and young people with high-level SEND needs.
• Excellent collaborative and communication skills with students, families, staff and partners.
• Experience planning, delivering, and managing targeted interventions and alternative education.
• Strong organizational skills to manage budgets, action plans, and progress assessments.
• Commitment to child protection, safeguarding and GDPR data privacy.

Mansioni

• Hub & Provision Management: Manage the Hub and its budget for bespoke provision.
• Curriculum & Pathways: Identify cohorts with Inclusion Coordinator and SENDCO; deliver relevant courses leading to qualifications.
• Specialist Interventions: Oversee targeted support addressing attainment gaps and coping strategies.
• Multi-Agency & Community Liaison: Coordinate with external services for integrated support.
• Mentoring & Support Plans: Develop SMART plans and mentoring to remove learning barriers.
• Family Engagement: Work with parents to improve behaviour, attendance and achievement.
• Future Guidance: Direct pupils to further education or employment after compulsory education.
