Job summary

Northern Education Trust's Dyke House Academy is seeking a dedicated Hub Manager to lead the DEEP Support Hub, delivering bespoke alternative curricula and specialist support for students with high-level SEND needs.

You will manage the Hub provision and budget, identify cohorts with the Inclusion Coordinator, coordinate across multi-agency services, mentor learners, and engage families to raise attainment and progression toward further education, apprenticeships, or employment.

Qualifications

• Lead and manage the Hub provision and its budget.
• Identify cohorts and deliver relevant alternative courses.
• Oversee targeted interventions for anxiety, social stories, anger management.
• Coordinate with external services and agencies.
• Develop SMART action plans to remove learning barriers.
• Engage families to boost attendance and aspirations.
• Direct pupils toward further education or employment.
• Commitment to safeguarding and data privacy.

Responsibilities
