Job summary

Learning Academy Partnership (South West) is seeking an exceptional HubDirector to lead a group of small schools in North Devon and Torrington areas. The role requires strategic leadership to shape the Hub model and sustain high-quality educational outcomes.

You will support and challenge school leaders, drive improvement across communities, and guide Heads of School who report to you, delivering operational leadership for each school and nurturing future leaders.

• Be the strategic lead for the Hub and design the Hub model.
• Support and challenge school leaders to drive improvement and outcomes.
• Coordinate Heads of School and ensure operational leadership at each school.
• Nurture future Headteachers and Leaders and contribute to leadership development.

The Heads of School will report directly to you, and they will deliverthe operational leadership to each school.
