Job summary

JLL is seeking an experienced HSSE Manager to provide specialist safety advice across the Project Services Division. You will embed a proactive safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement in HSSE performance across all projects.

The role reports into the WPM UK&I HSSE Project Lead and requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and travel across the UK&I portfolio.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent Level 6 qualification required.
• Demonstrated experience managing HSSE across complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HSSE strategy for Project Services in line with UK legislation and standards.
• Embed a proactive safety culture and drive continuous improvement across project delivery.
• Oversee incident investigations and root-cause analysis with corrective actions.
