Job summary

JLL Workplace Management UK&I in London is recruiting an HSSE Manager to lead safety strategy for the WPM Engineering Services division. You will embed a proactive safety culture, oversee regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement across delivery activities, reporting to the WPM UK&I HSSE Senior Director.

The role requires NEBOSH Diploma, UK health and safety expertise, and strong leadership to influence project teams and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent Level 6 with broad HSSE leadership experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a HSSE management role within IFM/Engineering or projects.
• Strong knowledge of UK H&S legislation and relevant standards.
• Experience leading HSSE across complex, multi-disciplinary programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and embed the HSSE strategy for WPM Engineering Services.
• Provide guidance on risk management, incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Oversee RAMS processes and compliance with ISO 45001/14001/9001.
• Engage with client stakeholders and project teams to drive safety performance.
