Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking an HSEQ Manager (Manufacturing) to lead Health and Safety (and elements of Quality) in a niche SME manufacturing environment. The role offers high autonomy, freedom to implement changes, and a path to establish yourself as a specialist in the field.

You will drive process improvements, lead safety initiatives, and oversee quality aspects within a small team, with a Monday–Friday, 40-hour week and excellent development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Health and Safety background in manufacturing or engineering.
• Experience leading Health and Safety and Quality functions.
• Ability to drive process improvements in an SME environment.
• Strong leadership style with self-leadership

Responsibilities

• Lead Health and Safety and elements of Quality within an SME manufacturer.
• Drive process improvements and implement changes.
• Own and develop Health and Safety strategy with autonomy.
• Lead change and establish specialist status in the field.
