Job summary

Enterprise Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced QHSE Engineer to provide practical Health & Safety support across the business, including risk assessments, incident investigations and toolbox talks.

You will work with the QHSE Director and support audits, quality management systems, non-conformances, root-cause investigations, supplier quality and environmental compliance, with on-site work three days per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in risk assessments and safety investigations.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 or similar is advantageous.
• Experience in manufacturing, electronics, warehousing or distribution environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical Health & Safety support across the business.
• Conduct risk assessments, incident investigations and safety briefings.
• Lead toolbox talks and implement corrective actions.
• Support audits and maintenance of quality management systems.
• Investigate non-conformances and root causes, monitor supplier quality and environmental compliance.
