An established industry player is seeking a qualified HSEQ professional to join their dynamic team. This role involves supporting the mobilisation of a major Government client account, ensuring all HSEQ requirements are met. You will collaborate closely with operational teams, providing guidance and mentoring on health, safety, environment, and quality matters. With a new HSEQ system set for rollout, this is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in the Built Environment sector. Here at ISS, as one of the UK's leading Facilities Management (FM) providers, we have won a major new Government client, with the account due to go live in Autumn 2025. We will provide Engineering, Cleaning, Sustainability, and other services across the client's large and complex UK estate.
Given the complexity of the account, a strong mobilisation phase is required, including ensuring from an HSEQ perspective that the work is ready to be delivered by the go-live date.
Working with another HSEQ professional, you will collaborate with the client and account team to gather HSEQ requirements and ensure the account is prepared to meet them, so all operatives understand how to work safely.
Once the account goes live, this role is very likely to become permanent, focusing on traditional HSEQ across the account delivery.
We are also open to considering applicants seeking an 8-month FTC only.
No experience of mobilisations needed; we are seeking a qualified HSEQ professional well-versed in live facilities.
You will join an exciting team with a new HSEQ system scheduled for rollout in the summer.
