Overview of the Role

• HSEQ Officer
• Holidays: 30 days, with 1 additional day per year of service (max 5 days); holiday buy-back scheme of 5 days

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain HSEQ standards and accreditations
• Develop, monitor, and update quality management procedures
• Train and advise staff on HSEQ matters
• Conduct audits and site inspections to ensure compliance
• Manage risk assessments and safety procedures
• Maintain records and produce reports on HSEQ performance
• Stay updated on legislation and industry standards
• Lead in-house training and promote a safety culture
• Manage hazardous substances and emergency procedures
• Ensure safe equipment installation and disposal of hazardous materials
• Possess NEBOSH General or equivalent qualification
• Proficient in MS Office and knowledgeable in risk assessments and safety regulations
• Full UK driving license and willingness to travel
