About the Role

Hays Health & Safety is excited to collaborate with an innovative renewable energy installation organisation based in Liverpool, specialising in cost-effective energy solutions for residential and commercial properties.

They are seeking an experienced HSEQ Advisor to assist in achieving ISO accreditations (9001, 14001, 45001). The ideal candidate will have relevant experience and understanding of the requirements to attain these standards.

If you have at least 2+ years of experience in Health & Safety within construction or utilities environments, supporting documentation, processes, and management systems, this role could be suitable for you!

Your Responsibilities
  1. Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation across the organisation and on-site.
  2. Conduct regular site inspections and audits for ongoing projects.
  3. Support the development and implementation of HSEQ policies throughout the business.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date Health & Safety records.
  5. Deliver toolbox talks and safety training to the workforce.
Requirements
  • Minimum NEBOSH General Certificate qualification.
  • Over 2 years of experience in a Health & Safety role within construction, civils, utilities, or energy sectors.
  • Current knowledge of relevant legislation.
  • IEMA qualification (desirable).

The successful candidate will be offered a salary of £40,000 - £45,000, along with a company car, fuel card, phone, and tablet.
